Stunning 11 piece Jaffa Costume
with Serpent Head & Staff Weapon!

ITEM DETAILS:
This listing is for an item that is without question one of the highlight offerings that we have ever brought to our Stargate auctions. We are delighted to offer an 11 piece JAFFA WARRIOR COSTUME that is complete with a very rare working SERPENT HEAD and a STAFF WEAPON.

This costume consists of the following items:

• 2 piece tunic and pants undersuit (wool blend)
• Chest and shoulder armour collar (rubber)
• Breastplate (rubber)
• Belt and ornate buckle (rubber)
• Skirt (leatherette)
• 2 pieces of leg armour (rubber)
• 2 wrist gauntlets (resin/rubber)
• Silver Skullcap (rubber)

The only part of this costume that was not received from the studio is the small chain-mail 'flap' that is worn on the front of the skirt (see screencap image). The studio is currently closed for the Winter but when they return in February, we shall attempt to locate this piece, which when found will be given to the winning bidder.

The SERPENT HEAD is an extremely rare item and is one of only 4 that have been released by the studio. Made from a firm rubber composition, the head has a built-in helmet for use when wearing it. There is a small switch inside which activate the two glowing eyes.

As we do not have a complete 'undamaged' set-used staff weapon to go with this outfit, we are going to supply one of our brand new licensed replicas at no charge (a value of $1000). Should the winning bidder prefer to receive one of the damaged set-used Staff Weapons instead, then this can be substituted for the replica.

This is the only time we have ever offered a complete Jaffa costume and are unsure as to whether any more complete sets like this will come along again. Here is your opportunity to own a superb piece of Stargate history. Although there is a reserve price on this auction lot, it is well below our valuation for this set of memorabilia. STUDIO DISTRESSING: There is normal 'wear and tear' on this costume, with the odd small cut in the rubber. Generally, we rate this outfit in very good condition. For general interest, we estimate the size to be 'Medium to Large'. but N/A
